Salad with red fish and shrimps of Murmansk

Directions:

Boil the salted water in a pan, make the cruciate cuts on tomatoes and boil them in water for one minute. Extract tomatoes from water, let them cool down. Peel the skin, remove the fruit-stem attachment point and the middle with seeds. Cut the meat of tomatoes into cubes.

Cut the salmon into cubes as well. Wash apple and dry with napkins. Extract the core with the seeds from the apple with the core separator. Peel the apple and cut it into cubes. Wash greens, dry, chop finely.

Prepare the creamy sauce. For doing this, roast the flour to golden brown in a dry frying pan with high sides, add butter, mix thoroughly until smooth. Add cream, bring to a boil and reduce the heat, continuously stirring the sauce. Season it with salt and pepper continuously stirring, boil for several minutes until the required density.

Boil shrimp in salted water. Extract the shrimp from water, dry them. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the boiled shrimps until golden brown.

Mix the prepared tomatoes, apples, red fish and greens in a bowl. Add the sauce. Season with salt and pepper, if required. Put the salad on the plate to serve with a culinary ring. Decorate the salad with the fried king shrimp. Create a path of red ground pepper on the plate. Add a quarter of lemon to the composition. Serve immediately.

  • tomato of medium size - 2 pieces;
  • sweet apple - 1 piece;
  • salted salmon - 40 g;
  • greens – some twigs;
  • king shrimp - 1 piece;
  • butter - 15 g;
  • lemon - ¼ piece;
  • red ground pepper;
  • salt.

  • 20% cream - 50 ml;
  • straight white wheat flour - 1 teaspoon;
  • butter - 20 g;
  • black ground pepper;
  • salt.
