Ossetian pie

Directions:

Combine warm kefir with yeast, wait until they react. Add butter and salt to the kefir. Stir and add two glasses of flour. Mix it once again, put it in a saucepan and cover it with a towel. Let the dough mature.

For the filling: we boil and mash potatoes, add spices, grated brynza and crushed wood garlic, Mix all the ingredients.

Roll out the dough, put the filling in the center and close the edges, to get a kind of "dumpling".

Now roll the pie again into a flat cake, put it on a frying pan, make a hole in the center.

Bake it in the oven at 180 degrees C for about 20 minutes on one side, and about 5-6 minutes on the other side until the pie get some browning.

Potatoes - 6-8 pieces
Spices - To taste
Wood garlic - 1 bunch
Kefir - 250 Grams
Flour - 2.5 Cups
