Maitokalakejto (Chuvash hake in milk)

Directions:

Cut fish into slices, salt it and roll in flour.

Put the fish slices on a heated frying pan with vegetable oil, fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

Put the fish into a saucepan with a thick bottom or a clay pot.

Top with chopped onions, then pour the milk so that the pieces of fish are covered with it, close with a cover and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Stew until cooked for about 25 minutes

milk - 80 grams,
onion - 70 g,
vegetable oil - 15 g,
wheat flour - 15 g,
salt - to taste
