Lasagna with Armenian lavash and minced meat in Russian style

Directions:

Fry finely chopped onion in vegetable oil, add minced meat ... salt and pepper to your taste.

Let’s make sauce ... it's Béchamel, the traditional sauce for Italian lasagna.

It is prepared easily. Melt butter in a frying pan, add flour and fry it. Pour the hot milk in the frying pan, actively stirring. Boil for a couple of minutes and remove the thickened sauce from fire.

Now we will make our international lasagna. Brush the bottom with sunflower oil and lay out the first sheet of lavash. Distribute a portion of filling, add a little sauce and hard cheese. Cover the second layer and repeat.

The last layer is of minced meat with sauce and cheese.

Bake at 180oC for 15 minutes and another 10 minutes at 250 oC.

400 g chicken ground meat -
2 pieces of Armenian thin lavash
50 g butter -
1 glass of milk -
flour - 2 tablespoons
100 g of cheese -
salt, pepper to taste
