Boyar style Trout

Directions:

Remove bones and ridge from trout steaks.

Salt and pepper the steaks. Put them on a greased baking sheet.

Prepare a cocktail: grate eggs and potatoes on a rough grater.

Cut onions into cubes, fry until golden brown.

Combine the ingredients, add shrimps and mayonnaise. Salt, pepper and mix well again.

Put the cocktail on a trout fillet in the shape of a boat. Shape it with your hands to cover the steaks.

Top the "boat" with cheese grated on a fine grater.

Bake at 180oC to a ruddy crust until it is brown and crispy.


Ingridients:

4 trout steaks,
boiled potatoes - 3 pieces,
0.5 kg of refined defrosted shrimps
2 boiled eggs,
1 large onion,
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
salt, pepper to taste.
