Aromatic rice with Magadan shrimps

Directions:

Fry the diced onion and carrots in a wok or regular frying pan using vegetable oil. Add finely chopped garlic at the end.

Put the corn into a pan, add ginger with honey, pour with soy sauce and cook for another three minutes over a low heat.

Boil rice till half ready, mix it with the above ingredients in a pan, add butter and continue to cook over a low heat, stirring constantly. While the rice is ready, season it with soy sauce and add to the remaining shrimps, sprinkling with lemon juice.

Stir and stew for about three minutes.

The dish shall be served hot, sprinkled with freshly chopped greens, in separate portions.

1 glass of extra-long rice
2 cloves garlic,
1 spoon of natural liquid honey
some grated ginger,
several spoons of canned corn,
glass of shrimp (pre-cooked and peeled),
onion
carrot
soy sauce
fresh herbs with spices
